Today I woke up and for the first time in my life I was excited to go to the doctor to get weighed! After dieting for a week I was so ready to hear that I lost some weight. And I did! I lost 5.8oz in 6 days! And yes I am going to post those oz's since they do count for so much! My whole diet is oz's now. 1 oz of chicken, 1 oz of beef... you get the picture. The doctor was proud of me!
My biggest problems for the week were:
1) No PEPSI
2) Nothing crunchy
3) No PEPSI
4) Can't drink that much water
5) No PEPSI
I need to find something to drink that doesn't contain artificial sweeteners. The only thing I've found so far is water :(
Shelley told me about Stevia. Has anyone tried that sweetener? I'm going to try it with some regular koolaide. Do they make Pepsi flavored koolaide?

WOOHOOO, WTG JONI! That is great. Do you mean YOU cant drink that much water as in you don't like to drink water or the doctor says you cant drink that much? My sis gave me my diet plan and said I have to drink 1 gallon of water a day. (check out my blog).

Wow Joni... that's an awesome loss in 6 days!!! I need to jump onto your bandwagon and start losing again :) Are you exercising too? I have such a hard time giving up my diet cokes and switching to water whenever I try to behave myself but I find that after a week or 2 I actually prefer the water :) Hope that happens for you too :)
