Today was my 2nd week weigh in and I lost another 2 1/2lbs. I was happy with it, wish it was more but happy.
They said I need to walk more and drink more water. I can't eat less, I'm already eating less than what I'm allowed on the diet.
I'm working out at the YMCA 3 days a week but only got two walks in last week. So I think I need to start walking everyday that I'm not at the Y. I'm drinking 4-5 bottles of water a day, she said today the minimum I should be drinking is 8. I'm not sure how I'm going to do that!
