Every Thursday when I arrive at ECHO I find this in the parking lot! What is wrong with people? Are they trying to donate that crap? I'm going to forward these pictures to the Tampa Tribune to see if they will do a story about it. It's a shame that ECHO has to pay someone to haul this garbage to the dump every week.
